Guaranteed Letting Agreement

In your first year of ownership you could earn up to £7,400 by joining our Guaranteed Letting Agreement (GLA). The amount of income guaranteed can be used to offset the purchase price of your Holiday Home or put towards your site fees for your second year of ownership. Your Holiday Home will be left in top condition after each use and any lost or damaged standard inventory will be replaced.

Premier Subletting Service

We also offer a Premier Subletting Service which offers you the chance to earn income during key periods of the year. If you sublet for a minimum of 7 peak weeks a year you’ll be offered a full range of benefits including:

• Guaranteed letting for all peak holiday weeks provided
• Maximum 24 hour response time to any phone query regarding your account
• Replacement of standard inventory
• Free safety tests
• Service Guarantee
• One deep clean of your caravan during the season

Standard Subletting

Even if you don’t wish to join either of the two schemes above, you can still sublet your caravan. Our service commitments remain the same although the benefits will not be as great as through either the Guaranteed Letting Agreement or the Premier Subletting Scheme.
